    My opinion is this is a normal cent with some light wear but has a weakly struck reverse with mechanical doubling…none of which commands any measure of a premium…worth 2 cents…Spark

    I'll also go with wear and Mechanical ( also called Machine or strike doubling) Doubling. However, one cent in this condition. wink.png
