2005 D 1C Field above date to tie.

    Try soaking in some hot distilled water to see if some of that is dried adhesive or debris. A stain may be the only thing left, but you will see lamination issues better after the soak…imo…Spark

    Interesting. I would soak it to get a better idea of what's going on in that area.

  5. I will soak, hot distilled water, then acetone for how long paddyman, Spark? It appears to be raised.

    No to vinegar…it is an acid and unless you know exactly what you are doing it will turn copper pink. Same for acetone, some folks don’t use it on copper as it has a proclivity to add irridescence to copper surfaces.

    Dawn is okay but no rubbing. It may reveal lamination after washing, but let’s see where a simple soak of distilled water gets us first…imo…Spark
