Small letters, closed E. High leaf,I think. Rim/collar cuds. Just curious if I should get this slabbed...
I think it's just the image that's giving it the details look. Either way the grading cost are as much as the value of the coin.
It is the high leaves reverse... a tough coin to find yet no one seems to pay a premium for them. PCGS will put that variety on the label, however.
Is the small letters/closed E/high leaves combination the hardest to locate out of the possible variations? Also, is it possible there is some clash and or rotation (CCW 90°) instead of details? On the obverse I can see this with possible letters on the rim and the eagle eye over top of the first '8'. The obverse rim cud starts at 12 o'clock, and going CCW ends near the date. If you rotated USoA 90° CCW (or the cud 90° CW), that would line up pretty close I think.
