Franklin's portrait has a lot of creases and shows rough use. This is why rickmp valued it at face. I would spend it. Another will come along, as this series star note is found quite offten.
I usually keep Stars when I find them, for curiosities sake (I realize that the ones I find in circulation really aren't worth anything). However, $100 is a lot of money to have tied up for a curio. In that condition, it really isn't worth a premium.
