I received this quarter in change. It's off color. So I decided (and probably not the best idea on my part) to wash it but it stayed the same. Any ideas? Is it fake or what's wrong with it? Sorry. New and don't know much about this. 20160305_215251.jpg 20160305_215228.jpg

It's just got some oxidation (toning) on it. That tan color is a pretty common color for clad coins to tone. Worth 25 cents. :)

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

Yup. Perfectly normal wear and tear. Get 3 more and you can buy a coke.

I haven't seen Coke in a vending machine for $1 in a while.

Speaking of color I got these 3 colored ASE thrown in on a deal. I have read on here several occasions not to clean coins and I haven't yet. Is there any way to get the color off these silver eagles without damaging the coin or its not worth trying just keep the color on it?

If anything is going to take it off and not hurt the coin, it would be acetone (or xylene). If they're painted, that might work, but it might also leave the coin uglier than it started.
