I got 100 GW-D $s from my local bank and 1 CWI#103 P roll from ebay and some of the local coins show the reverse noticeably off center and 13 out of 25 of the CWI#103P's off center. Is this an error or WHAT?

    Depends.

Very slight off center coins have no error premium value, more noticeably off center ones carry a very small premium, and coins that are substantially off center carry higher premiums, especially if the full date remains such as a coin that is 50% off center to the north.

Pictures would help our error coin experts give you a more precise answer.

Yeah, the "off-center" George Washington $'s I've seen on Ebay are not really errors...They're within Mint tolerances I'd say....I have a 1968-D Lincoln cent that is around 95% off center. The only design feature that got struck on the coin is the date, which is pretty sweet. It was sent off to NGC on Thursday....

Wow, that's pretty much the most valuable type of off-center according to my friends who are error collectors. :thumb:

Yea, I thought it was awesome...I think I only paid like 4 bucks for it....

Thanks for the info. Now I can rest my eye strain for a day or two.
