It's called a Partial Collar mint error.
Nice one. There was another thread about the same error not too long ago.
Wait is this the same Dime you showed us before?
    I'm confused.

The middle photo looks like a different coin. It looks like chemical damage to the copper core rather than a railroad rim. Hmmmm!

The 2 pics of the edge look like they are from different coins.

If the copper core is recessed into the edge, then it was in contact with a corrosive substance that reacted with the copper core.

On a partial collar or "railroad rim", part of edge will look normal, while the other part will be raised (larger OD) and show no reeding (if applicable to the coin design). Many times, the rim on raised edge side will be larger than normal. I don't see that on your coin

Check your coin again to see if the core is recessed (PMD), or if it has a raised step. I think it's PMD and that the shadows on the 2nd edge pic are making it difficult to evaluate

I don’t see any RR tracks.
Even slightly out of collar dimes usually show some tracks
I just put most back in circulation
    I’d spend that one

Isn't the bottom picture the same one in your other posted thread? Is that a reference photo?
