Thanks for reading this! I was checking the surf at a spot just North of Half Moon Bay, Ca. but the tide was too low for fun and safe surfing. I was looking for sea glass when I came upon an urn or vase-like object. I picked it up and noticed four scarves were fastened over the top and there was good detail of flowers and handy metalworking. Cool, I thought, and set it back between two rock. I glanced back and started messing with the scarves. There were four of them: red, green, yellow, and blue I think? i worked the scarves off the top and inside I found a Chinese Silver Coin. On the one side said: "TAI CHING TI KUO SILVER COIN" and two dragons. On the other side were circular arrangements of Chinese symbols with two rings and an inner inscribed symbol. The outer ring has 10 symbols: 7 on top, then one, then two on the bottom (going clockwise). The inner circle has four symbols. Then there is one more circle with a symbol in the middle. I only found one picture of a coin that I thought was this one. However, that coin looked like it had a different symbol in the middle. Does anybody know about this coin?
