Hello folks! I know generally speaking, star notes need to be extremely low serial numbers and pretty much uncirculated to be worth anything. However, I wanted some knowledgeable input about the ones I have. I have six crisp, uncriculated star notes with sequential serial numbers. Your honest input is greatly appreciated. See pictures below. P.S. The thumb print you see on the notes is from my scanner, not the bill.
Never mind! Did some research on Ebay and apparently, everybody has sequential star notes. Still a cool addition to my collection (I don't collect bills). Maybe pass them down to another family member some year.
there's is always someone on Ebay that would like that. wait for more opinions as to value on those....from the currency guys/gals
The notes being consecutive does not add value, in my opinion. Packs of 100 consecutive $1 star notes sell for $150-$250. Individually you can find them for $3 to $10, depending on the centering and serial numbers. Yours are from a huge run of over 6 million.
