Silver Eagles for $18.95....Is this for real or a scam?

There is a site called govmint.com that is advertising 2015 silver eagles for $18.95 with a limit of 10 per customer. Does anybody know of this site and is it a legit site? I noticed that they only take credit cards and in reviews I've read they don't lock in prices until they ship to you which is a red flag for me. With shipping of $14.95 that comes to a total of $204.45 for 10 coins which is $20.45 per coin but I smell a rat. Has anyone dealt with this site?

I've made several orders from them. The only catch is the shipping cost and that they like to call frequently to try and sell you more coins.

Its for real but the one time I bought for them was the only time I ever got spotted silver eagles (so the deal I thought I got ended up not being a deal after all). They will also call you endlessly like sodude said.

Personally, I like JM Bullion, Modern Coin Mart and APMEX for my bullion pieces. I was lucky to get free shipping on some orders, as they usually have a fee. They will also sell some slow movers on eBay and you'll find free shipping on mostly, if not all, of their items.

I just ordered their 1/10 oz 2015 Gold Eagles, plus the free mystery gift.

Did you order it from govmint.com? Let us know what the mystery gift is.

I was going to purchase one but S&H made it not so good of a deal.

Thanks for the head's up. I guess I could always take the deal but give them a 555-5555 number :) Will wait and see...I thought the low price was a loss leader for them just to get your info and then try to sell you something with more commission/premium.

I could have picked up all I wanted at the coin show in Muncie IN this past Sunday at the same price or less and not have to wait on the shipping.

I guess they raised the price on the 1/10 Gold Eagles to $139 (from $129 yesterday).
