Red ink on 20 Dollar Bill has anyone seen this?

    looks like a dye pack bill. IMHO but see what other people think. ( Just a theory ) lol

    It could just be a spilled liquid like juice.

    It would be most likely be something like they say juice,kool-aid, etc. If it came from the press like that (some how) the ink would feel raised. If it were a dye pack bill like I laughingly suggested it would be a really deep red, and usually has singe marks on it. :) :smile

    Searching stacks, I've found notes like this. A teller friend said that it was probably dye pak residue. The notes that aren't drenched with the dye are put back into circulation.

    Or it could be wine or kool-aid. Lick it.:D
