So I've got over $120 worth of various change I'm sorting through searching for errors or old coins and came across 2 pennies that seem to be off center struck on the face of coin.

What is the proper nomenclature for this? Are these of any worth?

Welcome to Coin Talk. The coins you posted are called "Mis-aligned Die Strikes"
They don't hold any premium of value as they are a more commom type of Error coin. They are not called "Off-Center Strikes" until part of the design is missing.
Your "69" cent is quite nice, it looks like it has a "Die Chip" in the O on the reverse
"of" . Here is a link to a good site for info.http://www.error-ref.com/

The 82 and 78 are MAD (Mis-Aligned Dies). No premium unless you find one that is missing design elements.

Edit - @alurid beat me to it... ;)
