Off-Center 50 Pesos Mexico Coin

Found this nice error at an estate sale today for $1. Strange they had a sale on a Thursday, but I'm pretty happy with it

They were selling just one coin, by itself? That would be more unusual than a sale on Thursday, in my opinion.

 

For $1 dollar dang you got a great deal. That off-center is probably worth $40-60. great find.

 

Based on bay sales it's a $30-$50 coin what a insane steal!!!and a beauty!!!wish I could find similar oddities that low.

 

I found a couple items I was interested in, after I purchased them I asked if they had any coins and she brought them out for me! It was just a small pile of common Mexican coins but they had sentimental value to her. I told her I liked the error one and she said $1 I go to a lot of sales and 9/10 times they will say no when I ask if they have coins, but its always worth a shot. Sometimes they will say yes and ask for my number but then never call, haha.

 

Nice pick up. Well worth asking.
