Off Center 1971 Kennedy Half Dollar?

Hi, I'm wondering if this half dollar is off center. It seems to be a slightly misaligned die.

If it is an error, what would be the numismatic value?

When I was searching Kennedy rolls ($1,000 per week) I came across a lot of 70's Kennedy's that were struck O/C like this. I don't think it would be worth too much except to a bidiot.

Worth 50 cents. It would need to be more dramatic for it to be worth anything. Keep searching!
