    The photos are a little blurry so I can't say for sure, but it looks like crimper damage. Could you take a photo of the entire reverse?

    Also the scratch goes over the hat and the "H" in Human. The letter H is recessed not raised.

    Yep, it's crimper damage.
    It's kind of deceiving with the crimper ring inline with the design.
