Top: Showa 60 Middle: Showa 53 Bottom: Showa 33 Add 1925 to Showa dates to get the AD equivalent. I'm not aware of any particularly collectible dates among the aluminum 1 yen Showa series, so unless one is putting together a date set or something, the dates may not matter very much. The Showa 23-25 brass 1 yen carry a bit more of a premium, but are still not hard to find. Meow knows how to read the number characters. They correspond to years in of the emperor's reign. Meow is going to guess they are Showa's they have dates of 60, 53, and 33. But it has been a very long time since Meow has had paws on such coins. Meow had stint as a State Department Kitten many many years ago in Tokyo.
Meow had a 5 year posting as a State Department Kitten in Tokyo in the 1980s Meow can actually speak the language very well. The reading and writing part, not so good.
