Hi guys, I have a question? I would love to own some kind of a gold coin. I see 1/20 oz and 1/10 oz and such, But how do they compare in size to like a 1 oz, Or any other modern coin? I know you will pay more for smaller amounts and such, I would just like to own something other than jewelry gold, LOL

The 1/10 oz is the size of a dime.

You will also pay a higher premium buying the smaller coins than saving up to buy the larger ones.

The smaller 1/10th & 1/20th looks much smaller in hand compared to the 1oz the pics above. LOL
I'd be afraid I would lose a 1/20th when my eyes blinked.

I have looked at them as well it will probably be one of them or 1/4 when I actually push the buy button .

I'm a big fan of Sovereigns. They are .2354 ounces of Au. Smaller premium for the Au than AGEs.

1/10th is the smallest I would go, 1/20th I would need to be slabbed already not to lose.

1/4 that you're considering is a nice size.

Buying 10 1/10 oz coins will cost almost a couple hundred more than buying one 1 oz coin.

A good size is 1/2 or 1/4 if you want to be able to appreciate it. Any smaller and it could literally fall through a drain hole in your shower.

So that would be just under 1/4 oz correct ? Not bad and provident has them.

    Yes 1/4 ounce is .25.
Everyone should have a 1 ounce piece just to flip around and feel the weight of.

The size of a 1/20 oz. Gold is the same as a 3 cent silver, if you have one of those.
