Hi all - was curious to hear if anyone has had any positive (or negative) experiences with the website numisbids.com? It appears that they have auctions from multiple sellers, but I am a little apprehensive. I've never won any of the lots that I bid on, but I have a few friends that buy things from time to time. They are pretty well respected, and I wouldn't feel apprehensive at all buying from them.
I personally know the owner and creator of Numisbids. The site doesn't actually sell coins itself, rather, it aggregates numerous other auctions together. Think of it like a mall for online auctions. When you bid through the Numisbids platform, the bid is sent to the auction company running the auction, in this case Münzenhandlung Harald Möller GmbH. Shipping and delivery times depend on the firm.
I don't know anything about Numisbids, and I have never seen this coin, but man what a beauty! What is this coin? It is a beautiful work of art!
