There are a number of inventory tracking spreadsheets out there, but none had really what I wanted, so I made one for myself. Figured others may find it useful, so I thought I'd share it.

This is for Large cents, but it can easily be modified for any series. To quickly do a different series, I go to Numismedia's site, highlight the full page of the series, copy and paste it to a blank worksheet, then just copy and paste the first column. I'll then clean it up by deleting the hyperlinks, objects, and any designations (BN/RB/RD as an example) that I don't need/want.

To add a picture of the coin, I put an icon with a local file hyperlink in the pic column. Really simple, once you've done it.

You'll need to make some adjustments for other series that have more or less rows then the large cents.

The columns are formatted for dates, currency, and general numbers as you would expect, and you can modify it to fit your needs simply.

So far I've done one for Large Cents, Washington Quarters, Dollars (all), Silver Commems, and Franklins. They each take about 5-10 minutes to add or remove rows. Filling in the individual coin data can be time consuming, but it's rewarding at the end.

Oh, the CDN wholesale I use is for the specific coin in it's specific grade. So an MS63 coin gets the CDN price for a 63. For those that don't have access to, or can't figure out how to get CDN wholesale prices for free, you can use whatever price guide you want.

If the enclosed .zip files doesn't decompress or work correctly, and you'd like me to email you an uncompressed file, just PM me with your request (and email addy).

    Have fun...
