Hey all. I'd like to take my son, Henry, to a coin club meeting/swap and have seen some rumblings in older posts about the Derby City Coin Club but can't find any current info on meeting times. If any Louisville numistmatists know the details, please let us know.

You might also try the Louisville Coin Club. Last I knew they meet at the Holiday Inn 2nd and Broadway on the third Sunday at 2PM. I don't have the latest newsletter so I can't say for sure. I'm a member of both clubs (Charter member of Derby City, member of Louisville club since 1975 ) but I haven't lived in Louisville for 28 years so I'm kind of out of touch with them.

Yep I'm out of touch, here is information on the Louisville Coin Club

Information about Derby City is a little more difficult to track down. I've come up with two different meeting locations
American Legion Post: 800 West Woodlawn
    and
    Iroquois Presbyterian church.
    970 Palatka Road

Meets the first Monday at 7PM

At this site you can find a contact number for their show chairman, I'm sure he could give you up to date information.

@Conder101 answered better than a collector who's still in Louisville was going to be able to... :)
