As you wrote, that is a restrike. The Austrian Mint still makes/issues those. Bullion value means that the coin's value basically depends on the gold price. Its fine weight is about 0.11 oz, so over here (I'm in Germany) that means I would have to pay roughly €100-110 for it. Not sure what you would get for it, and what the price/value elsewhere is ... Christian
