Here in Tampa, FL the radio ad barrage is in "high gear" the last month concerning the 20th century Silver Dollar collection. What's your take? http://www.bradfordexchange.com/store.html?cid=6210&epm=Bradford-Exchange-Mint-Online-Catalog&ipp=36&cm_ven=BPS&cm_cat=Google|Search&cm_pla=Bradford Exchange Mint|Bradford Exchange-MintB&cm_ite=bradford exchange mint|e|Home&gclid=CPmn1dj1xssCFU07gQodmxQDSw Over priced hype form my view. Tv cable coin selling via radio?
Nice looking boxes (would be great if they were solid mahogany, but I doubt it). Looks like mostly overpriced and overhyped coins to me. The only thing I saw there that would vaguely interest me at that price is the El Cazador 8 reales, and I bet if I looked around hard enough, I'd find one that was nicer than they're offering at a better price. I agree fully with your assessment.
Shady, shady, shady. Check out their Complete US Morgan Dollar Proof collection where they bury in the fine print that they're replicas. You can basically bet that everything is grossly overpriced given excessive advertising
Wouldn't surprise me if there were more that one just popped out at me with its 40 a coin price tag. Some of their jewelry looks kinda cool with the coin watch or whatever but I really don't like how they advertise some of those products so they won't get any buisness from me.
