ARE there Known 2007 Pennies that are missing the Mint? Maybe This is one of those?

    First off i just want to say thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my thread.
    So as i was going through some coin rolls i can across this 2007 penny, Now i have seen an unheard of amounts pennies and this is the first that really Caught my Eye to the point its so freaking Pretty, so my first thought when i caught just a slim sliver of the coin was Oh thats a proof but upon looking further now with some gloves i noticed NO mint mark..... Im like hmm shouldnt there be an S on this puppy, so here i am looking for some sort of info because maybe it is a philly coin but for a philly coin its to darn nice hahaha

    I think i also see a strike through or DOuble EYE , and Extra letters above the date possibilty,and FG struck through on the obverse and maybe extra lines on the pillars,

    In my opinion, this is just a standard run-of-the-mill 2007 Philadelphia minted cent.

    It’s from a die that’s worn but recently polished. It’s also not a proof, just Philly minted business strike but it is a nice looking one.

    I agree. Some of what you are seeing is normal. The so called digits above the date is damage.

    All of them.

    A. it's a cent, not a penny - those are minted in the UK

    B. All US Cents minted in Philadelphia are without mintmarks, except in 2017 when they celebrated the 225th anniversary of the mint and put the P on it.
