I attempted to go to serial number "lookup" function...and each time came back as "connection has timed out". Do I have to register in order to use that service? Server problems on their end, could be updating database (Sundays normally at night) ... or maybe a problem with your ISP? It’s not working for me either. I just checked every site posted here. And googled it and tried the first 5 links. I don’t like not being able to verify sales. Anyone else have a solution? Thanks.
