"40% Silver" Eisenhower Dollars Ebay Auction...

I saw this lot of Eisenhower Dollars listed as 40% Silver:

I doubt any of them are silver.
How do I tell the seller in the best way?
I know blue pack Eisenhower dollars are silver and some special proof issues were made in silver.
Any ideas or reference websites for telling the seller the coins are clad?
