2020 Vermont Quarter- Error ?

I present to you all , this 2020 Vermont 25C . Look above the date and tell what the area is ? Mint or Post mint damage ?

Photos are too bright in the first two photos, and a bit too dark in the last
photo where the date is, and not good enough to determine what that area is.

(my opinion, but I see 'something' above the date, but can't tell )

 

Agreed, try a close up of just that area with the lighting subdued a little. Could also try turning the coin a little at a time until it is lit correctly in that area. Remember to orient it correctly though in post processing before posting it.

 

Tell us what you think you see, then we can concentrate on that

I see an anomaly just above the date except is BELOW the 2020 .

 

Is it raised or not?
