I received my uncirculated coin set and the 2012 Alaska quarter has marks across the front of the coin. Could this have been from the die they used? I ask because this came encapsulated right from the mint, would this still be a post mint error? On the reverse, the rim that goes around the top of Denali is off center on the left side and almost touches the rim. Also, there is real strong strike doubling on the E PLURIBUS UNIM.
