If I found it I would keep it. As old hoopster said, there's no added value but I like coins with chips!
Personally I’d keep it because I can and it’s my collection. Nothing worth extra but then, I like chips.
Your quarter appears to possibly be the Alaska Bear error. Die chip(s) make it look like the bear has extra claws. Most listed on eBay didn't sell.
