I have here a 2007 Washington state quarter with no face or back image. You can clearly see the silhouette of Washington, but no face. It also has no ridges on the rim. I initially thought the coin tampered with, but on the front view you can see it was stamped off center, and shows no obvious tool marks. Although heavily circulated, I’m wondering if it’s worth anything? Thank you for your help.

How much does it weigh? Better clear photos could help.
In most cases it's just damage. But you never know.

Hello.. It is a slight Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse (front)
That is common and nothing major. As for the way it looks it seems to be PMD - Post Mint Damage. It was worn down somehow.. yes I know you don't see any "tool marks".. but it is not a Mint Error

    Worth - 25 Cents

By the way.. Coin's are struck/minted not printed. Paper currency is printed.

Your coin has been tampered with by someone. Not an error. Worth 25 cents.
