2006 Colorado quarter I believe some kind of error. Just wondering what you guys think

    If your are referring to whatever is over the R in QUARTER, IMO it looks like it was struck through a piece of debris.

    ...it is a gouge that damaged the R/QUARTER...weak strike too of UNITE/UNITED, which may be the result of a worn die...

    I do believe that. It’s not damaged because it is 3D.
