2004 P Wisconsin quarter reverse error

So I was looking for the low Leaf High leaf and I didn't realize that I was looking on a p and I found a doubled die on the ribbon if you look at the ribbon on the left hand side where it says forever there's three little streamers coming out not two there's one in the middle that's an extra one also on top of the cow's head by his left ear it's doubled this is not mechanical doubling it's not flat

Try it this way. I use a jar instead of books, but anything will suffice.

What are we looking at exactly?

 

look at the streamer on the ribbon you will see a third ribbon in the middle of the 2 ribbons

 

its shorter ribbon thats its doubling

 

Just by coincidence, just last week a Vietnamese chick I know who's not a coin collector sent me a text with a picture of the same exact year (make/model) of coin with a caption stating that: "if you have this coin, it's worth $2,000". Obviously, for some odd reason, this specific make/model of coin/quarter is making its rounds online in social media forums.
