2004 20 Dollar Bill Error?

    What kind of error is this on this 20 Dollar bill is it offset?
    I got it earlier for change from a 100 dollars.

    Not far enough out of alignment to carry any extra value. The wear and the writing would also wipe any premium.

    I see a lot of similar ones on ebay going for a couple of hundred bucks.
    they are in better condition of course I was just wonder what kind of error is this?

    It's just the way it was cut from the sheet. It's worth $20.

    It's a cutting error. It's often mistaken for an alignment error, but it's a cutting error because the face and back are both off-center approximately the same amount.

    I have a 2004 $20 bill that isn't a cut error, because the back seems to be on but the front is mis aligned is that worth anything besides $20 it is circulated
