The Copper was exposed revealing the inner Zinc core, it's not really silver.. That Cent is a Copper Plated Zinc Planchet. But I can't tell if it is worn plating on both side post mint. Or a rare Bullseye missing partial plating mint error. Try posting sharper images. Yours are blurry.
Meow finds something similar every so often, and Meow was told that it is heat damaged. Meow always thought there was more to it than that, but was told on multiple occasions it was just heat damage.
You said that statement twice! Who told you it was heat damage? I don't remember any threads you created with similar looking Cents
Can't be sure from the blurred images but I suspect partially plated planchets. Coins still appear to have luster so I don't think it is caused by either wear or heat.
I posted a coin like this recently and felt there was more to it than the replies I got. keep it until there is an explanation with proof.
I think that both the coins posted are PMD. Neither of them show a mint luster glow, The zinc on these cents should have the same luster as a high quality 43' Lincoln. I am not convinced.
Actually, Meow is always Meow. And Meow was thrown out for sticking out for Meowself after being insulted and harassed. So apparently it was Meow's fault for being insulted and harassed, and they remedied the situation by throwing Meow out. Meow did not do anything there that Meow did not do here. Some folk just refuse to grow out of the bullying mentality. And if anyone has ever experienced bullying in their life, you would know that bullies only bully in instances where they can get away with it and, blame the victim for their own shortcomings. Even the Mods harassed and insulted Meow there, even when not a single TOS was violated by Meow. And a you all know here Meow is Fierce, and refuses to back down from a bully.
