looks to me like they are Silver Eagles but hard to say with that pic. In the condition that you describe probably not worth more than bullion value which is $7.28 an once today.

The resolution of those phone cameras are really not sufficient to form any kind of opinion. Like the guy's already stated "Silver eagles are worth bullion value" plus a small premium and condition isn't a big issue since 99% of them are Gem BU.
