Hello everyone. (The last coin for today I am posting but I will be back soon with more) This Georgia quarter on the reverse looks like in the word wisdom the w-s-d-m and the branch to the bottom left of wisdom they all have die chips Is This is a keeper? Is it a highly collectible type error with that many & the sizes? Thanks in advance
I want to address just this one aspect of your query: whether or not it is a "keeper" is determined by the person who possesses it. It's a "keeper" if you want to include it in your collection/accumulation as an example of a particular "issue", such as a die chip, cud, etc. I think most of us here, myself included, would consider your specimen to be a "spender". So, if you consider a "keeper" to be an example of some particular issue, or a specimen which may be worth a premium, or worth more sometime in the future, that is really up to you to decide considering the status/quality/objective of your collection/accumulation, ie, your "wants". We as members of CT are mostly here because our collections/accumulations are similar in nature to each other and we like to share; but our objectives are not exactly the same! Our endeavors are subjective & very personal to each of us. There is no right or wrong to our personal choices. (Note: this paragraph is not applicable to "stackers" or "flippers". ) So, keep up the search, continue to learn, and above all, have fun!
@PlanoSteve thank you I truly appreciate your response. Well said & put. And I will definitely keep up my search & have fun, I am a search-aholic lol
