That is a normal 1998D cent.

The variety you are looking for is 1998P Wide AM.

I'm not sure what all the blue lines you are marking it up with are supposed to be showing but I see some possibly die deterioration doubling on Liberty. That's all though.

 

That is normal. An 1998 penny is suppose to have a close am. The liberty is just die deterioration. Worth one cent.
