1997 P Quarter. MAD or Off Center?

    Usually if they are MAD. Isnt just 1 side MAD?But I did noticed Obverse and Reverse are not aligned properly. Would this be considered Off Centered? 20220927_143857.jpg 20220927_143910.jpg

    You can have dual misaligned dies, most of the time I believe they are in different directions though.

    It looks like all the details are on both sides. Have you checked to see if it is a collar issue?
