1995 D Penny w/Cud Errors

    Above York in LIBERTY
    Above LIBERTY
    On Collar
    Below R & T
    B in LIBERTY Filled In
    Hairline
    Right Pillar, Top
    Left Pillar
    Above C in CENT
    On Staircase
    And, an interesting Die Chip on the first 9 in 1999

    The post 1982 zinc cents have been known to be quite pimply. From there, it looks like corrosion.

    It wouldn't be a "cud" as, at least from your description, the anomaly has no association with the rim. However, please do post a photo so we can take a look.

    You posted this seconds before I did my previous response; my apologies...

    The only thing I'm seeing is (most likely) simple staining, Dustin. Unfortunately, such a coin would carry no additional value or premium.

    Probably nothing, but "appears silver" is pretty vague and is mostly meaningless. Try to post a few in focus photos of decent quality.
