1994 Roosevelt dime-no ridges

I recently was going through my pocket change and came across a dime without ridges on the side. It weighs the same as all other dimes from that year. Can someone tell me if I'm correct and if so if it is a keeper? Thanks

Even though you signed up over a year ago, welcome to CT. Your coin is unusual and appears to be a little bit thicker than a normal dime without losing its diameter. Have you used a caliper to determine its dimensions?
