Okay I am going out on a limb here .. the second coin is not copper or it would be 3.11 grams.
    It’s copper with zinc coating.

The first coin is probably the same. If it’s magnetic it’s probably a copy coin.(fake)

Perhaps @paddyman98 might chime have a better take.

1992 are made from zinc and copper coated . I don't know exactly , probably fake. Copper are 3.09 up 3.15 Zinc are 2.49 and up a little bit

the copper colored coin is zinc...the silver looking is the one that weighs 2.68 g..1943 steel penny is the only one to be known that weighs the same...i am so confused...looks really authentic

The 204 gram coin is a normal copper plated zinc cent. A little light but within mint tolerance.

The magnetic 2.7 gram coin is either plated with nickel, or from what I can see in the last image, may be in a bezel and the bezel may be what is attracted to the magnet.

Does that make a coin magnetic too?

It's the other way around. Cents that weigh 2.5 grams are Copper plated Zinc. Please remember that.

There is absolutely no steel in the Cent in question. And they stated it is non-magnetic from the very beginning.

    No.. Never.

if it was heated....it would still be zinc...and zinc doesn't stick to a magnet

There are really only two possibilities. Bezel, or it has been plated, most likely with nickel which is magnetic.

also, check edge for dipping holder marks or crack's, chips, flaking of metal. this could be a high school experiment
