In my set I have a 1992P and a 1992D so I know this should have a mint mark but I can't see it! Looking for some help! If you see it please help me see it! If not, could this be a lamination???

I'm seeing a very faint P in the area I circled. Kind of hard to see with all the damage.

That is the only picture I could see it in. When I clicked on it and it enlarged, I couldn't see it. Weird.

No…I don’t see it, looked again 12 ways from Sunday but still have not seen it. My guess is wear has obfuscated the mint mark…that matches the wear on the coin…imo…Spark

Funny, all this ho do about the missing mint mark, no mention about the missing cladding on the birds right wing on the reverse

Looks like there could be damage and possible corrosion especially along the right side. I can also see the faint outline of the mm, so whatever caused that roughness probably caused the mm issues.

Don't forget that the mint stopped stamping the mm on individual dies in 1989, so it couldn't be a missing mm anyway. Best case would be a filled die.
