    Hi guys,

I have this 1992 P Roosevelt Dime and noticed that the left side of the torch is barely visible and that there is an outline of where the torch should be in length. Can someone explain what is going on?

    Likely wear from circulation.

Not sure about circulation wear. In my opinion when the dies pressed the planchet the metal flowed into the obverse leaving the outline of the flame, or it could have been a planchet flaw where as the planchet was too thin at that spot. I don't think it has any added value but it is a cool find. You have a good eye. I would put in to a 2 X2 flip and add to my cool find collection.
