Looks like a strike error

 

Just another form of a worn die strike.

 

Usually Die Deterioration Doubling will show up in the direction of Metal flow.
It is this flow of metal that make a die deteriorate.

 

Oh look, Doug is using his alt alt account.

I think maybe you are purposely using two accounts (abelincoln and coinroller) and tried to introduce a third one into the mix (when you changed from Doug Swanson to coinroller).

Why? I’m not sure. I guess just to mess with people for some reason.
