1986 P Quarter

  3. It looks like a 1986 P mint mark Washington Quarter. I might be wrong though. Might wanna get someone else to look at it. :angelic:

    It depends Charger, what do "you" see? I see a coin with circular coin counter damage.

    Yes sorry for not being more specific, the rim on the right starting about 2 o'clock.

    If you are referring to what looks like reeding along the rim, I'm not sure what causes this, but I recently found a similar coin in the National Parks series. Possibly tilted during the strike? I'll let someone more knowledgeable chime in on this.

    I think it was caused by an improperly seated collar. @paddyman98 would know.
