1986 no mint mark penny pre or post error?

Looks as if the IN is half missing with a stamped ring perfectly going round the inside.

The ring is from a worn die, and this is a Philadelphia minted coin, which doesn't have a mint-mark..

 

Let's see! If a pre-error is before an error, and a post-error is after an error, will the real error please stand up.

Thank you. I have come across a few coins like this. They look really cool to me but I take it that they there is nothing special about them, right? I am a Newby so I apologize for the questions.

 

A lot of the shield cents, have the same ring..

 

I don't see any post mint "damage" unless you're referring to the blob of "jelly" on his face.
