Hello everyone. I'm curious if there are any known errors with Susan B anthony dollar coins. I have not been able to find much on my own. I have a 1979 P narrow rim Susan B. Anthony dollar with no fg initials on the reverse. Is this an error? 20200522_105846.jpg 20200522_105907.jpg

No. The FG is on the obverse below the left her shoulder.

There should be an fg on both obverse and reverse. Every other susan b anthony coin I have does.

No, not to any reference material available. If you have documentation that the designers initials are also on the reverse, I'd like for you to post it.
Your coin was minted with worn dies that do not define the devices very well, so it is just a circulated SBA in my opinion. By the way, welcome to CT and feel free to post coins and questions so all members can be informed.

The reverse FG is under the tail feathers. If they are missing it is probably due to debris filled die.

All I have found over the years are very minor die cracks.

The initials are there. The die is worn out.
