Hello, I know nothing about coins other than noticing from time to time things that don’t look normal. This looks to be some kind of error, can anyone advise if it’s worth something and what type of error this would be called. The building on the tails side is almost completely smooth?

WRONG The valuable version is not the billion+ circulation strikes minted in Philadelphia. It's the very small number of PROOFS struck in San Francisco which are missing the S. Spend it...
