Hay I've recently came across a 1975D nickel with with d completely filled and raised high any comments on its worth thanks.
It's probably from a broken die and has no value over face, but if you post pictures, we might be able to tell you more.
Lousy photo, but it's obviously a filled D. It's a common occurrence, and adds no value. On the die, the center of the D is a high spot. Those spots often break off due to the stresses of the use of the die.
