I'm unable to find information on this error. The "O" in "One Cent." Is this worth anything? I know most errors are DD.

Welcome to CoinTalk Levin. Your coin is not a mint error. It took a hit in circulation. The metal is soft a easily moved by damage. Not a doubled die.

A "penny" with no mint mark indicates it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint. Welcome to CoinTalk @Levin Mancill !

I know it's not a double die. But this doesn't appear to be a post circulation error with the cud mark right next to it as well.

No cud error, what you are seeing is the metal that was moved when the coin was damaged.
