If i may ask, why do you think that this coin has added value. Also, what made you choose it out of all the coins in the book?

Well it have tremendously minimal wear and it's looks really good. I'm a newbie to this hobby and my eyes aren't trained to see fine deatails on coins so yeah.

Do those coin holders have PVC in the plastic? Is the plastic pliable? If yes, it will cause damage to your copper coins.

It’s a well struck dime. And eye appeal is what draws us to the hobby, isn’t it? As a business strike it’s value is ten cents. But if it appeals to your eye, then that absolutely makes it collectible.

I agree with everything said above. Although no premium, it is definitly a nicely struck coin. As per grade, I'm having a very hard time grading with the glare on his face. You can google pcgs photograde and use the pictures to determine what grade you think your coins is in.

Hard to grade without full-size image, but the eye appeal is large. As noted, minimal apparent wear, clean fields and bust, I see a top band on the reverse that is full and not occluded, can't tell on the bottom band. I'd have to check NGC for an approx. value but it appears to be MS62, only a few contact marks near the forehead. And no apparent wear on the top of the ear too.

Worth more than face value. Probably rescued from circulation back in 1971...Spark
